Ha I still have no idea how you managed to hold on to the rings with 14 stone trying to pull you down! Thought it was impressive enough holding off Tempest...

I bought the DVD in Woolworths during it's last few days. The sticker said £14.97 (something like that), but I only paid £7.37, but if I had gone to a different Woolworths, I would have got it for much less. Sod's law really.

I loved the bit about Wolf vs. Oblivion on Earthquake (as I had never seen the first Legends show), and Wrighty getting involved, and then John Anderson nearly sending Wrighty off! What was Johnny thinking at the time? I just laughed and laughed.

Also, I didn't like that Leanne, I hope she gets (or already got) her just desserts. What she did was the worst thing I'd ever seen a contender do, and I've seen a lot of episodes in my time, if not all.

The preview also got me excited about Series 2, which starts tonight. Overall, I thought the DVD was a great use of my money, I would have also preferred a complete box set, but this was good too. It was interesting to find out how they made it too. Just like the videos on GladiatorBoy's YouTube page!

It really IS the page for any classic series videos on Gladiators. If he's uploaded opening titles, I'd like to see him upload closing titles, especially Series 1, 6 and 7. I love the extended theme on Series 1, and the Gladiators Stomp is really catchy!
